Free Blood Sugar Screenings



Baptist Express Care Clinics will be providing free blood sugar screenings in partnership with Central Baptist Hospital’s Day of Dance for Your Health.   The screenings will be offered February 26th through March 5th or until supplies last.  Visit us in Walmart at the Lexington-Hamburg, Nicholasville, Danville and Somerset locations.
